It contains rare footage of the riots by the Muslims to the court decision, and a rare interview with Nadra herself before she passed away in 2009.
It was interesting enough for me to consider trying to extract it.

Using the HDS Link Detector extension, I managed to get the manifest:

With this, managed to extract it with livestreamer, with the following parameters:

Its not perfect, as the video is dribbled out in parts, and "End of stream before required data could be read" issues are common, with some small bits of the video dropped. The video comes in the following streams:
